At Lambrecht Auction, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products — but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether your item arrived damaged, developed an issue, or you simply changed your mind, we’re here to help.

Returns – Any Reason (30 Days)

Changed your mind? No problem. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is in original condition and packaging.

Important: Do not send your item back without first submitting a return request. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • The return shipping address will be provided during the return process.
  • All returns are subject to inspection. If the item is not in its original condition, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Damaged Items (Report Within 7 Days)

We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged. While we do our best to package everything securely, issues in transit can occur.

Important: Do not send your item back without first submitting a return request. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

  • Photos are required to process a damaged item claim.
  • You’ll be prompted to upload photos during the return process.
  • Lambrecht Auction will provide a prepaid return label.
  • The return shipping address will be provided during the return process.

  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • If the item is in stock, we offer replacements only (no refunds).

Warranty Claims – 30-Day Functional Coverage

Your purchase is protected by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering functional defects and performance issues.

Important: Do not send your item back without first submitting a return request. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
