These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the e-commerce portion of Lambrecht Auction, Inc.'s website. By making a purchase through our online store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our e-commerce services.

1. General Terms

  • By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

  • Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, destination, and other external factors.

  • Some items, such as air compressors or products containing batteries, cannot be shipped via air due to carrier restrictions. In these cases, your shipping options will be limited to ground service. The checkout page will automatically display available options.

  • Risk of loss and title for all purchases pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

4. Returns, Damaged Items & Warranty

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and stand behind our products. Please review the applicable return option below:

Returns – Any Reason

  • Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are in original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • All returns are inspected, and partial refunds may apply if the item is not returned in original condition.

  • Do not send back an item without first submitting a return request through our return system.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • You will be required to upload photos of the damage during the return process.

  • Lambrecht Auction will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

  • Once we confirm your return is in transit, we will ship a replacement at no cost. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Warranty Claims

  • All items are covered by a 30-day warranty that protects against functional issues or defects.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Photo documentation is required.

  • We provide a prepaid return label for approved warranty returns.

  • If the item is in stock, a replacement will be issued. If out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Return Instructions:
All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal, or by logging into your account at shop.laibids.com, navigating to My Account, and clicking "Return Item" next to your order.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Lambrecht Auction, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

  • We do not guarantee that our website or e-commerce platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the products you ordered.
